WyzeMD · 90-day launch campaign

When it comes to your health, Let's be Wyze!

The full plan to launch WyzeMD across Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma: who we talk to, what we say, where we say it and what we measure. Every social post for 13 weeks is written, optimized per platform and ready to schedule.

01 · Strategy

One message, everywhere: start with your labs.

Most clinics sell a product. WyzeMD sells a better way to make health decisions: real bloodwork, a real provider and a plan that keeps up with you. Every post, ad and email ladders back to that idea and to one simple next step: a free consultation. Leave your name, phone and email at wyzemd.com and the team calls you. If you become a patient, care starts with a blood draw.

Positioning

Functional medicine built on your bloodwork. Not a prescription vending machine, not a med spa. In person in Overland Park, by video in four states, and in Spanish through Programa Latino.

The promise we can keep

We start with your labs, explain them in plain English and follow up. We never promise results or timeframes. Trust is the product.

Brand voice

Confident, warm, plain-spoken, a little playful. Short sentences. Premium and clinical, never hype. Tagline everywhere: "When it comes to your health, Let's be Wyze!"

Content pillars

Mon · EducateMyth vs fact, explainers, carousels people save and share.
Tue · Service spotlightOne service at a time: what it is, who it's for, what a visit looks like.
Wed · Behind the scenesSly on camera, the clinic, how telehealth works. Faces build trust.
Thu · Know your numberOne lab marker per week, explained in 30 seconds. Our signature series.
Fri · Programa LatinoA full Spanish post every week, written natively, not translated.

02 · Funnel

From scroll to booked visit in four steps.

  1. 1

    Reach

Organic posts on 7 platforms (5 per week each) + Meta and Google ads + Google Business Profile.

  2. 2

    Land

Every link goes to a page built to convert: /go/weight-loss, /go/testosterone, service pages, state pages. All tracked with UTMs.

  3. 3

    Lead

Short form: name, phone, email, service. Separate SMS and email consent. No health questions online. Saved with the source of every lead.

  4. 4

    Book

The team calls within one business day for the free consultation. If the lead decides to become a patient, the team books the blood draw and first visit in Tebra, and the welcome sequence starts.

Speed to lead wins. Goal: every new lead gets a call or text (with consent) within 1 business hour during clinic hours.

Roles

Designer

Carousels, graphics, covers, story frames and ad variants. Brand fonts and colors only: Montserrat Black headlines, Inter body, navy #02163F, blue #0062FE, cyan #5fd4ff. Exports every size listed in the post's deliverables.

Videographer

Shoots the monthly content day plus pickups. Follows the shot list in each brief, grabs extra b-roll of the clinic, lab draw, front desk and hands on devices. Never films real patients.

Editor

Cuts Reels, talking heads and the monthly overview video. Hook in the first 2 seconds, burned-in captions, royalty-free music, every platform length in the deliverables.

Copywriter

Owns every word on screen and in captions. Proofs English and Spanish (Spanish uses "usted"), checks the rules below and keeps compliance lines word for word.

Social manager

Schedules all seven platforms, posts the first comment, pins and reshares to Stories, and answers comments and DMs within one business day. Never asks for symptoms or health details in public; moves people to the free consultation form or a phone call.

Media buyer

Builds and runs the paid posts in Meta Ads Manager exactly as the Ad setup tab says, checks cost per lead daily, pauses anything that underperforms after 3 days, and reports every Monday.

Weekly rhythm

  1. Monday: 15 minute team check on this week and next week in the Team board view. Media buyer shares last week's numbers.
  2. Tuesday and Wednesday: design and edit. Every asset is due 2 days before its post date (shown on each card).
  3. Thursday: copywriter proofs everything for the following week against the rules. Sly or Peter approves anything with a price, an offer or a provider on camera.
  4. Friday: social manager schedules the next week on all seven platforms; media buyer queues the ads.
  5. Once a month: one shoot day at the Overland Park clinic covers every video and photo in that month's briefs.

File names and approvals

Name every file POSTID_type_size_v1, for example W03-2_reel_9x16_v1.mp4 or W05-1_carousel_slide3_4x5_v2.png. Keep the latest version only in the WyzeMD shared folder for that week. A post is ready when the copywriter has checked it against the rules section and the approver has signed off.

05 · Content calendar

Every post, ready to schedule.

Every post has a full brief: what we are making, the deliverables and sizes, the shot list or slide text, a task list for each person on the team, the ad setup when it runs as an ad, and the caption for all seven platforms. Switch to Team board to see everything grouped by who makes it, sorted by due date.
